Michelle work from a holistic perspective, which focuses on your emotional, physical, cognitive, relational, and spiritual well-being. Her aim is to focus on your needs, goals and strengths, to create a comfortable environment in which you can share your story and, from that place of safety, work toward your desired changes.
Michelle works with children, adolescents, families, couples and individual adults and specializes in helping to develop attachment bonds in foster and adopted families.
